We offer contemporary Pilates reformer classes and Pilates-based strength training programs. All of our classes are intentionally programmed with a dedication to proper technique and safety.

We apply current research in exercise science to curate comprehensive workout plans and implement effective programming.
At Station 34 Pilates™, we have over two decades of experience teaching contemporary Pilates. We design our group reformer classes to be safe, effective, and true to the Pilates method.
Additionally, we offer Pilates-based Reformer + Strength workouts that include a comprehensive weight-training program integrated into a reformer workout for those looking to build more muscle. These classes are conceptually designed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® to include every major muscle group, with adequate rest periods between workouts.
